The AISC Activities program is extensive and offerings begin for students at Grade 1. Activities are scheduled at the end of each school day and offerings are changed three times per year. At the start of each season, the Activities Director publishes a list of choices. Barring conflicts in activities scheduling, students are able to enjoy participating in several activities each season from among arts choices (such as visual arts, musical activities, drama, dance), sports (such as football/soccer, tennis, volleyball, karate, basketball), and academic activities (such as French Club, chess, model united nations, math club). Activities are scheduled by grade levels with different offerings available depending upon the student's grade. While the school cannot guarantee that all activities are available to every student, an effort is made to satisfy student requests and students are encouraged to submit requests for the introduction of new activities to be offered.
The school belongs to three regional activities conferences (Central East European Schools Association (CEESA), Sports Council of International Schools (SCIS), Mediterranean International Schools Association (MAIS.) Students participating in certain activities are eligible for travel to schools located in other countries that belong to these conferences. Activity program offerings for this school year include:
